Formula Tracker Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy applies to Formula: Peptide & GLP Tracker. It explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to you.

Formula Tracker is a personal research and tracking app. It is not a medical service or a substitute for professional advice.

Ask Formula is optional and requires your permission before prompt text is sent to Moonshot AI's Kimi model.

Information Formula Tracker uses

Formula: Peptide & GLP Tracker uses the account information provided by your chosen sign-in provider, such as an account identifier and email address, to create and secure your account.

It also stores the Formula entries, tracking logs, notes, and other records you create so they can be shown back to you across your signed-in devices. These records are used to operate the app and are not sold.

Ask Formula and Kimi

Ask Formula is optional. Before its first use, the app asks for your permission. If you choose Allow, Formula sends only the text prompts you type in Ask Formula, including earlier text prompts from that same chat, to Moonshot AI, the provider of the Kimi model. Moonshot AI processes that text to generate the requested response.

Formula does not send your name, email address, profile, onboarding answers, Formula entries, tracking logs, Apple Health data, or image attachments to Kimi. You can reset this permission at any time in Settings.

Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Formula requests HealthKit permission before reading steps and heart-rate data. Formula uses that information to display the activity and vitals views you enable. You can change this permission in Apple Health or iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payment information. Formula uses RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and determine whether Formula Premium is active; Formula does not receive or store your payment card details.

App analytics and creator referrals

Formula records app screen visits, time spent on onboarding screens, button and control interactions, subscription plan selections, and purchase or restore outcomes to improve the app and understand onboarding and subscription conversion.

These events include a randomly generated installation identifier, session identifier, app version, platform, and timestamps. Signed-in events are linked to your account identifier. When a creator referral has been verified, Formula associates events with that referral to measure creator acquisition.

Analytics events do not contain your age, height, weight, health answers, chosen compounds, tracking logs, chat text, email address, or payment card details. This first-party analytics data is processed by Formula's hosting and database providers and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing and retention

Formula shares information only with service providers needed to operate the app, including sign-in providers, hosting and database providers, Moonshot AI when you choose to use Ask Formula, Apple for subscriptions and HealthKit, and RevenueCat for subscription status. These providers process information for the services described above.

Formula requires its service providers to protect personal information consistently with this policy and applicable privacy law and does not permit them to use it for unrelated purposes.

You can request deletion of your Formula account and associated account data from Settings in the app. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction reconciliation.
